This episode of the Ambient Soundbath Podcast, number 89 is special and one that I’m particularly excited about. While I’ve created original music for dozens of Soundbath episodes myself, this is the first time that I’ve pulled in another artist, in this case, it’s my long-time friend and collaborator, Michael Teager.

We have a new recording, the first in several years, Subterranean Bearings, that we just released and this Soundbath, titled Vanishing Point, is an homage of sorts to that recording, but also to our deep immersion live performances that easily have gone over two, uninterrupted, hours. For Michael and myself, our performances are deep, non-verbal conversations where we listen, reflect and respond, in the moment, with our instruments.

With this Ambient Soundbath program, we’ve created exactly that, a deep listening, immersive performance, created exclusively for the Ambient Soundbath Podcast. If you like what you hear, you can find our body of work on Spotify, but also, you can pick up our newest recording, Subterranean Bearings here.

Thank you, as always, for listening and I hope you enjoy this episode of the Ambient Soundbath Podcast.

  1. This podcast is refreshing. The music declutters my mind. The thoughtful words accompanying each episode are so cool as well. Please don’t give up on the podcast. And thanks in advance for all the future shows. ❤️
